96 DAYS 22 Hrs 58 Min 51.8 Sec until Bush leaves office. OMG I can't believe that we might actually survive the Bush presidency. Dare to hope but I don't want to say too much or I'll jinx it. The only thing left for a Bush preisdency is for an earth shattering comet or meteor to hit the earth.

At the very least Bush will finish off bankrupting the country and give enough money to the wallstreet crowd so that they can sleep comfortably through an Obama presidency. The only real reason for Bush to do this is that the dems are likely to control congress and the whitehouse.

BTW, "lame duck session" refers to Congress, not the Presidency. Are you assuming that the Dems will lose their majority this election cycle?
