Im looking for a specific style of techno, not sure what its called, maybe someone can guide me, im looking for keyboard sounds and a rythmic bass, nothing crazy or rave style

That's a tough one. I listen mostly to prog/rock/metal/indie/punk/alt.. In fact, the only "techno-genre" which I can say that I'm a fan of, is electro (which is the father of techno, and hence, not techno at all).

So basically, the names I would give, would mostly consist of names you already know. But I'll browse through the first 150 anyway.

aphex twin is no where near the category that he wants. Im pretty sure its the COMPLETE opposite of what he wants.

That would be trace.

Side note: Techno is also a sub-genre, the overall genre is just "electronic music" or sometimes, EDM (electronic dance music). Techno =/= trance (and whoever labeled that YouTube video is an idiot).

Also, Ishkur ftmfw. Go through all this and learn about the different genres and styles, there's tons and tons of samples, and some great artists to look up: http://techno.org/electronic-music-guide/

P.S.: Don't listen to Euro Trance for the love of god. It's complete shit. (I didn't listen to the second video, and only the first minute of the first video, but it sounded like euro trance to me).
P.P.S.: Nothing against Europeans here! I love European electronic music, but euro trance just sucks massive testicles.

Thank you! And to continue on, I hate it not only for how the music sounds, but also what it does to the culture within electronic music. Euro Trance is the most popular sub-genre, and the kind of music the general public thinks of when someone says "techno/trance/whatever". That's where they pick up this whole notion that ALL electronic music sounds the same and is just the same beat with the same two chords over and over... Noooooo, just all euro trance sounds the same and uses the same beat and the same two chords over and over.
