University-wide DC++ hub ftw. If I ever felt like "renting" a movie, I could search the hub and download pretty frickin fast (upwards of 100 MB/s I think?). It was pretty fucking awesome.ebug9 wrote:

Yeah, thats what ours is too... its insane, I can get anything I could ever want in no time at all. And 100MB/s seems a little high tbh, probably closer to 10 like minemtb0minime wrote:

I wish I could get 9Mbit for $60.

We pay roughly $47 plus tax for 7mbps connection. I've only ever seen it at top speed on Filefront and Adobe.com.
Shit tbh
Within the dorms, though, where everything is like fiber optic or close to it, you can download from other people in the dorms pretty crazy fast.Winston_Churchill wrote:

10MB/s, XTreme, First month free, then 6 months @ $30/month, then $42 if you get TV, or $51 by itself.
Rogers is crap at everything they do.
tbh
(And that's while buffering Youtube video, and my router has deep problems with connection stability)
Rogers is better than the shit DSL from Bell. We were paying for a 7MB connection with Bell. We were getting 3.6 our of the claimed 7. Not only that, their tech support is in fucking India.
Tellin you, Shaw is the way to go.ebug9 wrote:

Not their fault.ebug9 wrote:

What's your line attenuation?
