Ten minutes ago, I was doing some school work requiring a lot of force in my fingers (pressing on a ruler). Suddenly, I felt a snap in my left index finger. I moved my hand up, and noticed that I was bending my finger at the end joint.

I have NEVER been able to do that before, and I still can't do it on any other fingers. I always thought this was something you had to be born with, but apparently not.

I blame the two-years-past-expiry-date canned tomatoes I ate for breakfast.

The idea of any hi-fi system is to reproduce the source material as faithfully as possible, and to deliberately add distortion to everything you hear (due to amplifier deficiencies) because it sounds 'nice' is simply not high fidelity. If that is what you want to hear then there is no problem with that, but by adding so much additional material (by way of harmonics and intermodulation) you have a tailored sound system, not a hi-fi. - Rod Elliot, ESP

I've always been able to do it, not particularly strongly, but it's possible.

Mah Supa Powerz were recently discovered:
One morning while trying to watch the morning news on the TV, my 5 year old nephew was constantly pestering me to play with him. I couldn't say no so I had to figure out how to dissuade him. It didn't take much time to figure out how because of the pressure in my bowel. After releasing some toxic fumes from b/w my gluteaus maximus, the sour look on his face was priceless. He said I farted and took off.

Thus a hero was born....crowded hallways, elevators, public transportation shall feel my wrath.
