try a different resolution
Click inside the window, hold down Ctrl and scroll in with your mouse wheel. See if that works.

fck, i think its avg8.0 related. I installed it on my desktop and my font also had the same size. Now my messenger history is also affected.=/
I had this problem trying to D/L IBM drivers onto my T43, the text was minuscule. (A Ctrl & + hold for a good 10 seconds)

fck, it seems to be plaguing my msn messenger history as well. My fonts have become smaller, now its the same as my desktop wtf?

Usually these apps source IE for web rendering. Check if the text size is set to normal in IE, or try clicking anywhere in the affected windows and scroll your mouse wheel while holding down CTRL.
