Take any kind of vitamins, or eat foods that are beneficial for your eyes. It could just be you are lacking nutrients. Vitamin A, Zinc, Vitamin C and E, Bilberry extract. Eat carrots, more veggies. Less cooked and processed foods like hamburgers/fast food, avoid rancid oils and fats ESPECIALLY Canola Oil (It's GMO and toxic to your digestion)
