What's next is getting my vehicles and assets out of my name so the don't get seized in judgement and filing BK.

I'll get a night job and move my equipment to my garage. What work that comes along I will do, and I will begin the process of starting a new company.

The kicker is my supplyhouse. Get this, I have a 2k credit limit there. When things started to go bad my balance crept up to 20k. I asked them to put my on a cod basis, but my credit limit of 2k ballooned to a 45k bill. I guess they figure  they were making good coin on the interest. Then, in the middle of the worst construction year in my lifetime, they demand payment in full, or else.

The only way I can come up with 45k is to rob banks.

So now they want my equipment, robbing me of my ability to feed my family.

They must not realize that there is nothing more dangerous than a man who feels like he has nothing left to lose.

While I am not there yet, I can feel it coming.

Everyone knows, or should know, that the bailouts do nothing. They are targeted infusions of instantly created money - that stop losses in the targeted financial company. It is not an economic stimulus package. They are paying down private sector losses. And, even though LIBOR has eased it will not spur debt-expansion or rather a recovery by further debt expansion.

I suppose you will be relying on Lowing to bail you out. You obviously didn't work hard enough or your business would have succeeded! /sarcasm.

Can you not get a loan to clear your debt using your machinery to guarantee the loan? Then pay it off?
Could you make a business plan for your "night" work, projections etc and use it to get a loan?

Didn't you get a job managing some Mexicans recently?

I wonder if it has to do with the "rich" having all the money and everyone else can go screw idea.. Way to go wallmart..
