Translators don't work unless you know the language and you can tell when it's using the wrong word for the situation you want.
There isn't gonna be a good web based one...
They can only really translate words, and maybe some common phrases... otherwise any translator that tries to do a block of text will make you sound like a retard and be pretty obvious you used a translator.
Take any translator and go from English to Spanish, then back to see what I mean.
