My god im absolutely sh***ing my pants right now!

I knew it was not good, but its terrible, they have missed their last mortgage repayment and cant pay their next one either, bills are sending notices to be paid, everything and i mean everything is in the red.
If it stays like this without help then i wont be in a home for much longer

So i promised to pay most of the bills each month to help get back into the green and stabalise this mess once and for all.

Sorry i just needed to let it off my chest!!

Elite: if you think it may help, you should suggest to your parents that they get well informed about debt collectors/ballifs/repossession before it becomes necessary - precisely where they stand will depend on their exact circumstances, but debt collectors and ballifs will use the law to their own advantage as much as they can before it gets to the repossession/court stage and there is lot they will try and get away with that whilst it is not, by the letter of the law, illegal, it also isn't to the spirit of the law and they rely on the creditor (your parents) not knowing the law and their rights.

But, as I said their precise circumstances will determine exactly where they stand and they should seek qualified advice.
