BF2 takes forever to get into, in the time it takes for me to login to account server, find a server, load the game (well not so much anymore :> ), sprint / drive to the action, die, respawn, I could have played half a game of CoD4.

CoD4 is fun when I have a spare 15 minutes I need to kill and can just hop on. BF2 I need to plan ahead

And you can't rambo in BF2? Man I have had some moments...if there are a lot of n00bs in a server which is quite often you can kill them all on your own. And win the round almost on yourself. CoD4 is just no teamplay, I don't really like it. CoD4 is too simple, I need something with more strategy (even in public games!) And then you have those perks, which I really hate. Its not really fun, in fact I think it's stupid. BF2 has a way better and more addictive gameplay with classes/unlocks/commanders/squads. It's just a perfect system.
BF2 takes forever to start, well you can remove the movies. You can buy some more memory? I load a map in like 15 seconds, only negative sides are the bugs and crashes.

Not really, because I heard it was vista only.

Vista will be worthwhile in a year or two.
