After the new patch came, nobody is afraid to teamkill with the artillery. they just arty everywhere there is a fight. I actually think they should expand on the artillery idea. Not so much add more of it but instead substitute artillery with something else. Perhaps a non-player based air strike. Imagine calling in a bombing strike from a fast moving jet and you get to pick the direction it comes in from. Then it lays down the bombs and in a line an entire city block goes up. Think of the napalm runs from Veitnam but instead they are cluster bombs from a B-1B or another large fast movingbomber aircraft. Or I guess they could just use a ranged heavily laden strike/bomber alot like the Su-34 or the F-111. I could do with a good airstrike over a player precision strike.
Imagine the roar of the jet engines as the aircraft screams across the sky and suddenly a large number of cluster bombs come falling down and erraticating everything in a line stretching the span of a football field.
Now THAT is airpower and something better than artillery on some maps.
I also like the idea of exspanding artillary options.
