I was planning on buying a new hard drive in a few minutes and I need to know if there are any parts or extra cords I need in addition to hook it up. Its going to be in addition to my current one so I might need another cord?

Yes one more SATA cable and as for the power cable all you is the one off your power supple "The white one, I cant remember the name"

Well yeah you're going to need another SATA cable if you're using all the ones your motherboard came with.

EDIT: Spiders need to stay the fuck out my case tbh

I opened my computer up and I believe I see another cable that forks from my PSU, one end going to my current HDD and another just sitting around
