- no macro/media additional keys
- buttons look weird without baclight

+ detatchable numpad (maybe i will find a way to use it someday)
- it cannot be lifted (no 'legs' on the back)

You might also want to look at the Saitek Eclipse 1 or 2, I have both and they are very nice.
But out of the 2 in the poll, I would go with the Lycosa because I cant stand keyboards without the little legs on the back.

For $80, get a G15, it's better than both of those. Tons of macro keys, programmable LED screen, USB ports, sexy, etc.

I have a Lycosa, love it.
The keys are really nice, they are quiet as well.
The software can be a little buggy, but I havent really needed to use it so it doesnt bother me.
I really dont like the G15, I think it looks terrible...but thats just me.

I have a lycosa and i really like it. Very nice keys, like a laptop and it types awesome.
