could someone please help me .. phone is a htc touch pro stock rom windows mobile 6.1

i can't get my phone working on 3g with asda. i had it working when i was on o2 payg but idk what settings to input for asda mobile!! could someone please tell me what i have to do? PLEASE?!

The settings i've found are :

ASDA mobile MMS Settings
APN Name: ASDA MMS
APN Address: asdamobiles.co.uk
Gateway IP address: 212.183.137.12
Username: wap
Password: wap
Session Type: Continuous / permanent
Authentication: Normal
Security: Off
Port Number: 8799 WAP2.0, 9201 WAP1.x
Connection: When needed
ASDA mobile MMS Centre http://mms.asdamobiles.co.uk/servlets/mms

But i don't know what goes where? like i don't see an option for APN address anywhere? or security options? etc.

if someone could take the time to write a quick step by step i'd be massively grateful!
