What teenage girls wear to the beach is a different matter. This is a teacher, in a professional position, stripping for 15 year olds. The relationship between a teacher and student should not involve sex. Wrong place, wrong time.

1. You missed the point. The difference is the situation. It's a teacher at school stripping for students vs someone wearing bikinis to the beach.
2. Stripping is, in itself, sexual. She wasn't just dancing, she was dancing and taking her clothes off.
3. Not really, just as inappropriate.
4. I don't think it was appropriate. I'm not calling for any fanatical reaction, just idealizing some sort of decency.
