Have you got that 'choose options for me based on exe name' (can't recall what ATI call it) option selected in ccc?
CCC only does one set of settings; Forcing something forces it for everything.

Forcing through ATI Tray Tools won't work either.
The idea of any hi-fi system is to reproduce the source material as faithfully as possible, and to deliberately add distortion to everything you hear (due to amplifier deficiencies) because it sounds 'nice' is simply not high fidelity. If that is what you want to hear then there is no problem with that, but by adding so much additional material (by way of harmonics and intermodulation) you have a tailored sound system, not a hi-fi. - Rod Elliot, ESP

Res:1028X768 (Something like that) @ 60

Terrain: Low
Geo: High
Effects: High
Texture: Med
Lighting: Low
Shadows and all that AA bolox: Off/Low
Texture Filtering: Med
View Distance: 100%

With 'Aqua Blue' crosshair, 80% Hud transparency and 95% Map transparency, 0% Crosshair and things on map 0%.

Sorry, you misunderstand me I think. I'm talking about the part of the drivers that, unless you disable it, sits in the background and when you run say bf2, it's spots that bf2.exe is running and forces many of it's own set of supposedly 'optimised for that game' settings...

Both nVidia and ATI drivers have it, and both nVidia and ATI call it something obscure (and different to each other)...

Oh man... Just try it with 8x AA once. You will notice the difference, to better.

I don't got an pro PC like you mate

I don't think my graphics card even allows AA (7300GT)

From what I've heard BF2 is played best at 100 FPS, not 400

I play 320x240, no AA, no lighting, no textures, just Gourad Shaded polys. I get a zillion fps. And I'm uber-leet.

I also don't go out much. Or have a girlfriend.
