Budget: Either £200 ($315 Goddamn pound is so weak atm.) or £160 ($250), depending on whether or not I can get my GFX card sold.
Priority: Gaming
Need: Mobo, CPU, GFX, RAM, Case, and PSU.
Other notes: Has to be upgradeable, and I only need the box. Got kb/mouse/monitor and all that jazz.

And ... go!

That'll maybe get you a decent gaming graphics card and 2 sticks of RAM.

Do you have a website in mind that you'd be buying from? I dunno any PC sites from the UK other than aria.co.uk

Just grow some damn patience. Sheesh. Save up a decent ammount.
The idea of any hi-fi system is to reproduce the source material as faithfully as possible, and to deliberately add distortion to everything you hear (due to amplifier deficiencies) because it sounds 'nice' is simply not high fidelity. If that is what you want to hear then there is no problem with that, but by adding so much additional material (by way of harmonics and intermodulation) you have a tailored sound system, not a hi-fi. - Rod Elliot, ESP

Only worth upgrading if you're spending like £400, preferable £500.

If it's below that it's not a financially sensible decision.

+ you have to spend that amount if you want something decent and upgradable.

Nah, I'd prefer not to get ripped off thanks.

C'mon guys, last time I came to you with £100, and you gave me loads of suggestions. Surely you can do much more with £200?

Is that CPU OC'able?
How can I find out if that'll fit my current case?

That CPU should OC to ~2.8 - 3.0GHz on that mobo + the shitty intel boxed cooler.
If your current case is a Dell I doubt it will fit without modding. But that is what cardboard boxes are for. They make for excellent computer cases. Anyways you can open your computer up, detach the mobo and measure if the case has ATX standard screwholes.

EDIT: And if you desperately want a new case, scrap the E2200 for E1200 and get a cheapo case.

On my first build, I was impatient and wanted NOW NOW NOW, so I had to make do with very poor components. I build an AGP machine with a low-end AMD processor because I was too impatient to save money and build a PCI-e rig. Granted, it was a massive upgrade from what I had been using, but I still would have had twice the machine if I had waited.

Moral of the story: You may want it now, but think of yourself in 6 months thinking "shit, if only I had saved..."

I can't save the money I'm getting for Christmas. Parents say that I get something on Christmas or never get it.. so I've really no choice but to buy now.

Like everyone else said, just save your money.  Maybe they'll have released some more affordable i7 motherboards by the time you have enough to get a new rig.  Maybe more affordable DDR3 too.  Then you'll be real glad you waited.

See in your rig you posted, what could you do if you didn't have to involve a PSU?
'Cos I found out that mobo would fit my case, so I wouldn't need a new PSU.. I think. I think the one I have now would do the trick, powers 7600GT, 2xDVD drives, 2xHDD..
