Is there a way to build a rig ......... that supports Vista Home 64 bit for under $400

I'm talking about starting from scratch with no " spare " parts hanging around your room

I've shopped around on newegg and I'm over my budget of $400

monitor would be nice to include on the budget but keyboard, mouse & speakers don't need ... he has some nice wireless ones and speakers

Only reason I have Vista installed on my computer is because of games only having DirectX support, not OpenGL

After looking over it, he wanted the 64-bit version of Vista home which is 10 dollars cheaper. Thought it was Vista Ultimate he wanted. Whoops.
