I thought the stock cooler was the easiest cooler I've ever installed. What's so hard about pushing four plastic things down? >_>

I null voted. I used the stock HSF when I first got a dual core, and they were fine, but I've heard a few people say they don't latch properly sometime. I had no problems, but I only put the HSF on once, and then removed it to put on my Zalman HSF. I liked the idea once I worked out what the hell they were.

The idea of any hi-fi system is to reproduce the source material as faithfully as possible, and to deliberately add distortion to everything you hear (due to amplifier deficiencies) because it sounds 'nice' is simply not high fidelity. If that is what you want to hear then there is no problem with that, but by adding so much additional material (by way of harmonics and intermodulation) you have a tailored sound system, not a hi-fi. - Rod Elliot, ESP

the plastic fastener thingys? I fucking love those, its way easier than having to remove a backplate to install custom CPU coolers (on AMD's)

V1 has 4 pins, it was so easy to install especially because it was my first time.

I didn't have to remove the backplate to install my Zalman on my AM2. In fact, usually you don't have to dick with that because AMD boards already have a backplate, whereas Intel doesn't.

I hate how you have to much the stock heatsink so hard. I'm always a little scared the break the mobo.
once upon a midnight dreary, while i pron surfed, weak and weary, over many a strange and spurious site of ' hot  xxx galore'. While i clicked my fav'rite bookmark, suddenly there came a warning, and my heart was filled with mourning, mourning for my dear amour, " 'Tis not possible!", i muttered, " give me back my free hardcore!"..... quoth the server, 404.
