That is most likely a Giant House Spider. Harmless to humans.
It is NOT a lesser spotted Wolf Spider. It looks nothing like it and would not be found in such an area.
The other spider it could be is a Hobo Spider, which is a branch of the Giant House Spider species. This would be the more dangerous spider. It's still uncertain if this spider actually actively bites humans, but it is known to cause necrosis ( unnatural death of cells ) which can be quite nasty. Usually only found in the US. The bite is significantly painful. It is known, though, that this spider is mistaken with the Brown Recluse (don't worry, this spider is not it) and that is the one which mainly causes the necrosis.
