I have been playing with the new 1.21 patch lately with no major complaints.  But all of the sudden, whenever I am wounded (*not killed) the screen flashes, audio skips and I have no control over anything until I respawn.  Just curious if anyone else is having the same issue ??  Thanks

(*And I did try to search for this thread, topic, complaint, etc. and didn't see it posted yet)

Weird first thing you should do is make sure it's not changed any video settings. Failing that a re-install tends to work most the time although it involves downloading the full 1.21 patch and installing it.

Unless anyone else has an idea?

Well - Turns out this ONLY happened last night.  After a fresh PC Restart this morning, I went back to the same server, on the same map (Sharqi Peninsula) and don't incur the same error anymore.  Oh, the joys of a game that gets patched 50x before the addiction wears off .  My suggestion, EA take 2 years to come out with the next PC Battlefield 3 game and test it with the most popular V-Cards, Ram, etc. before it's release.
