how do you lose jets that are fallowing you ?

Either way, get out of any vehicle and find some cover and concealment, that should avoid a kill atleast until he comes back around and gets you when you get back in your vehicle

when im on the jet and i cant lose them i tried almost everything
Try and search a JET Guide here on the Help forums, by now I'm sure there are a few you could research. And they will go much more in-depth than I (a sniper) can.
Sometimes in the bombers you can barrell roll your way out of it, but extremley sharp turns whilst trying not to let him get long enough for a lock can work, and hugging to mountain sides seem to do the trick alot of the time. Release your countermeasures when the missles close and if you're lucky he'll take down a team-mate or two. Failing that dive towards the floor w/ him following you and use your afterburners as you pull up sharp missing the floor by about 3-4 ft and 1 out of 10 times they might hit the deck.
In other words since 1.2 the trick is to be the hunter not the hunted, fly high (350-400) as your enemies tend to cruise at about the 200 mark , make sure team-mates spot jets and be the first to move in for the kill.

i already did ima good pilot but after the patch my old strategy doesnt work
use a joystick dont know if u have one or not when flying a plane it helps a lot, when they are following u i always use to fly up and make circle or 180 degrees so you come up behind them also use afterburners only then so it will be hard for him to track u down, or also when I flew a lot , also I use to do tricky moves its hard for other to follow you if you can get a good grip of the plane on how to fly and so on, do some nifty tricks (while u are flying spin like a drill in that formation if u know what i mean, then pull up do a 180 degree turn, while using afterburners) , if he shoots u can shake the rocket off by doing some spins and tricks like i mentioned the rocket losses trail. not sure if these still work since i flew a lot when 1.12 was out, but try it anyways. Start turning at random angles up and down left and right, flying through things like cranes what what have you. If he is a better pilot then you he will not lose you or crash into the things you fly really close to and thorugh. If he isn't, he will either lose you or crash.
