It's 20:30 here and there is this constant cyan streak/line high in the sky and it doesn't look like anything a jet would leave.Couldn't take any pics because visibility is low.

Probably is something from a Jet, combined with the fact that 8.30pm in your area might be twilight where clouds go that sort of colour sometimes

It's an aurora borealis.
I'm in Zagreb,Croatia downtown center,pretty much urban area.And airport is 22km from here in another city so jets don't often fly over this area
