XBOX 360 external hardisk?

Could I use an external normal pc Hard disck and connect to the xbox 360?
I bought the arcade one and since I have a 200gb hard disk that is almost empty i want to use it some way...

Technically, you can as extra storage for things like media files. However, game saves and XBox Live Marketplace files require the original XBOX harddrives.

No, I don't think it's possible unless you take the 20GB XBox hard drive drive out of it's enclosure and replace it with another one that the 360 can use, such as the one in the 60GB or 120GB.

But you could put it in a PS3 with no trouble at all assuming it's a 2.5"
