Fuck ya 1 arm push ups.
Chest to floor that's just hardcore tbh!Fenris_GreyClaw wrote:
I can do it sideways, but not chest-to-floor.
They're not easy. I can do about 10-12 consecutively on each arm then it starts to get pretty difficult.

Ah but it's strength to body weight ratio. I'm a short arse 5ft 3in and weigh 51kg roughly. Alot of people seem to be hurting themselves trying. Please don't sue me look at some videos on youtube for guidance.S.Lythberg wrote:
How much do you weigh?
I've only seen near-anorexic skinny people pull that off
and No, I cant
How old are you :S
I'm 15 and im 6 foot...
Old enough to probably not grow anymore lol!
The hardest part is balancing imo. The push-up itself is not bad at all

improving from 10 to 70 in 2 weeks time is quite goddam impressive. The Sheriff wrote:
lmao, I started to do normal pushups about two weeks or so ago, I could barely do 10, and couldn't do one starting with my chest flat on the ground.Sir Schmoopy wrote:
Just tried. Answer: No.
Now I hurt. Thanks.
Now I can do around 70 without stopping easily, haven't tried one armed ones yet, might give em a go, doing pull-ups on my wardrobe door has helped too, I have to make sure it has a support underneath it though because I snapped the hinges
one armed? barely tried, I know I could do them if I actually figured out how to balance my weigth lol

Nope, I know my handle is Über Nazi, but truth be told I'm as far from a Nazi as you can get. I wouldn't even call my self a racist! I'm a constitutionalist American!wah1188 wrote:

I was at a football game this weekend and some ROTC guys had to do push-ups everytime the home team scored. The final score was 62-17, and the last guy to do 'em was hard pressed to do the full 62...
I'm not calling anyone a liar, and I know that ROTC does not equal an active duty soldier, but I have to wonder about all these people saying they are doing over 60 pushups in a row...
I'm not "buff", but I look like I could play football (and I'm not talking about a linebacker/gorilla body), and I usually do 50 in the morning and before bed - 50 is about the limit for me, but I know I'm doing it with proper body form, as well as doing them on closed fists. A few years ago when I started working out regularly, I used to do them really rapidly, and I don't think I used as full of a range of motion (i.e. not proper form), but I could wind up doing more like 60-70.
Maybe its just jealousy talking here...
Maybe I'm just a girlie man...
And maybe I should just lose 20 lbs, and then I could probably do an extra 10.

Well you could ask a mod to change your name and have formally known as in your usertitle. Well I hope you have thought of a more appropriate name at trackr.net.<SS>SonderKommando wrote:
