Is the xbox video camera compatible for the computer? If so, I would like to know what software you need.

There should be some hacked drivers if you search. Maybe even official ones. Try this.

Note If the "Found new hardware" wizard does not start automatically on your computer, you can easily start it by following these steps:
• Click Start, and then click Control Panel. If a "Classic View" option is available, click it to switch to Classic View. Double-click Add Hardware, and then follow the intructions on the screen to install your camera.
