Meh he's trying to sell it on the quad core pro. It's only got a 400w psu, no operating system and no hdd. Not great imo
that's what a barebones system is.   And if you don't add a gaming GPU, a 400w PSU is more than enough for that system. (not saying I'd buy that pile of crap)
One of those cheap 400W supplies that ship with cases would barely have enough power to run that CPU alone. They tend to be seriously low-grade.
The idea of any hi-fi system is to reproduce the source material as faithfully as possible, and to deliberately add distortion to everything you hear (due to amplifier deficiencies) because it sounds 'nice' is simply not high fidelity. If that is what you want to hear then there is no problem with that, but by adding so much additional material (by way of harmonics and intermodulation) you have a tailored sound system, not a hi-fi. - Rod Elliot, ESP

True, but he didn't say it's only got a crappy 400w PSU (which we can assume it is ) he just said it's only a 400w PSU guess I should have been a little more clear.

Yes, but I'm pretty sure this PSU isn't one of those cases

No, he's a sub-60-IQ individual.

Spoiler (highlight to read):
JOKE, feezer, JOKE.
A sub-60 IQ individual is also a sub-70 IQ individual

And Sydney, take your mid-sea logic and shove it where the sun doesn't shine.

no wonder it's cheap. CPU and RAM is decent, the rest of the components are shit. There isn't even a HDD included
man i bet its an empty box there is nothing in it
TBH.

If you're uncomfortable building then buy a Pre-Built.  You can get decent deals, and then you're know exactly what you're buying.
