He ruined the ride comfort by lowering the car, he put a huge engine in front thus ruining the front styling, those wheels are horrible, the interior is not luxury anymore its just incredibly wrong and horrendous. Its just pure wrong. You want a fast luxury car with style? Get the Bently Brooklands. That car (Bently) is crazy.
It's a 'nice' car, in basic-basic terms... but as everyone else has expressed, he just took the wrong car.

first off im a big fan of newer rolls. but the older shadows are nothing to get excited about. and I guarantee the air ride suspension he put in it is 1000 times better then the shit stock suspension they have. that being said I still think it's hideous

The hydraulic suspension in the Rolls Royce Silver Shadow is amazingly comfortable. Its like riding on air as you feel no bumps. The only bad thing about the suspension is the original pipes that held the hydraulic fluid rot. So changing them to copper can be an expense.Christbane wrote:

yes I have I just had one in my shop recently. and they did something far more hideous to it then draging it out. someone made it into a pickup!! I had to repaint it for the customer. unfair of me maybe to rate the suspension on a 40 year old car. but it is the lesser of the rolls brand regardless and is nothing special in my eyes.Kurazoo wrote:

I found a picture of it in process of being painted. it was a hideous 2 tone with gold before I fixed it
