Anything from Bang & Oluksen
Bang and Olufsen are rubbish (not to mention ridiculously priced). Even Bose speakers typically sound better than B&O. There was a time when they were good. That time is long past.
It really depends on your budget and personal preference.
Wharfedale Diamond 9.1s are great value. Mordaunt do some awesome speaker sets. The Acoustic Energy AE1 MkIII speakers are mind-blowingly good. Hopefully you already have a decent home cinema Amp (Arcam and NAD do some very nice ones, I have a NAD one, but it's getting a bit dated now).
If you want a PC speaker set then that's different. If you're looking for a lot of delicacy and subtle tones then the Bose 2.1 40326 Companion speakers are very nice, if you want super cheap and good at loud and clunky stuff (like gaming and action films) I'd have to recommend some of the THX rated Logitech ones.
