When I play a video on YouTube, I can't hear any sounds. iTunes and Break.com work fine, so it's obviously YouTube that's fucking up.
I'm curious as to why the google advert at the bottom of the page is displaying "Gay-Parship.co.uk - Find someone really right for you"

Try clearing your browser cache and try another browser.
Same problem on another browser will probably indicate a Flash problem- try reinstalling/ updating it.
Your browser may have the option of muting sounds from a certain webpage (possibly ).
