Alias searches alone should not be used to determine if a player is cheating as players may be the victim of name-spoofing.
GUID searches are the most reliable method.

Public access can not view clean players.
You can get a list of all the accounts/IPs ever used to play on your GUID/Cd-key if you are an Admin. of a bf2 server and have an account with PB Bans site. I'm pretty sure he isn't "busted."
