Anyone have the bad luck that when you're trying to go for an award, you can never get it, but when you're not trying, it comes easily?
I've been trying for the past week to get my remaining gold badges but no luck whatsoever However, before my month of hiatus from BF2, I got a couple nearly every other round really easily.

Woo hoo! Got my Expert Assault on Kubra tonight. That's a great map for getting these things at 2am (Now if only it were Special Forces so I wouldn't have to do this all over again )

Not to brag, but I got every goddamn expert combat badge on foot!!! Even the engineer and anti tank! Exept expert engineer combat (the regular one) that I got in a tank at Jalalabad.. But the SF badge I got on Warlord by foot!voodoodolphins wrote:

Although for the Special Forces badges, I get those on foot since I play I/O most of the time when I play SF.
