From an upgraded comp I found vs. mine currently. I have OCd mine to 3.0 gHz, but I'm thinking that I should get the other one. I have a motherboard for both.

Well i have 5200+ and its not a bad CPU.... i imagine the price is fairly low now... personally im upgrading today (to a e8400 that ill over clock to like 3.8)...
So... 5200+ should be cheap and if its alot cheaper than the phenom then go with it.
EDIT: i just checked the prices.... imo not enough performance difference for double the price.

The price seems nice to go for the x3 I doubt any software company will optimize a tri core ever. You are better off getting a quad core.
