Does this include a P5E flashed to Rampage Formula?  If I get rid of the sticker, they might not know the difference...

Fremont, CA (Nov 24, 2008) - For the customer and system builder seeking peace of mind with their motherboard investment, ASUS, the industry-leading motherboard manufacturer today announces the ASUS Premium Service (APS) program for their enthusiast-class motherboards. This program entitles users requiring RMA to cross-ship defective boards for replacement free of charge, ensuring faster service and minimal downtime.

ASUS' current top shelf motherboards initially qualify for APS, including the latest Republic of Gamers (ROG) series boards and two X58 iCore7 motherboards, the P6T Deluxe and Rampage 2 Extreme.

ROG Series Boards:
CROSSHAIR II FORMULA
MAXIMUS II FORMULA
RAMPAGE FORMULA
RAMPAGE EXTREME
RAMPAGE II EXTREME
STRIKER II NSE
STRIKER II EXTREME
STRIKER II FORMULA

P6T Series Boards:
P6T DELUXE
P6T DELUXE/OC PALM

"ASUS offers today’s discerning motherboard customer the widest range of choice for enthusiast platforms.” Said Sales Director Timothy Lin of ASUS North America. “By combining the most stable motherboards and unique features with comprehensive customer support, we expect ASUS motherboards to remain the enthusiast’s first choice."

Effective immediately, qualifying motherboard customers can enjoy these benefits by contacting ASUS Customer Service at 510-739-3777 (option 2, then option 2) or visiting ASUS support on the web at livesupport.asus.com. For more information, please visit: livesupport.asus.com/APS
So if your motherboard has a problem, you can ship it in at the same time they ship you a new/refurbished one.

Note: I do know they will know the difference, because for one, the Rampage Formula has 2 Ethernet ports and my P5E has 1.

So, it's just a 'boosted' warranty? ASUS pride themselves (rightfully) on reliability anyway..

So maybe for my next build I'll buy one listed above, as opposed to a P5Q...

i wouldn't recommend it.  look around for a bios flash, there's gotta be one like the P5E > Rampage Extreme a few of us did with no problems.  the "high-end" mobos are just too expensive for their additional features and the regular RMA process is fine anyway...with enough luck, you shouldn't have to go through it and even then it will only take a couple weeks at most (i suspect).

So i guess it did pay off to buy this mobo...

[Rampage Formula]

Also, is this international? Or US Only?
