I used Alcohol120% for removing protections from various CDs and DVDs.
Not a good idea to discuss circumventing copy protections here.
It's not an image/cd it's a .m4b file.
I know if I google m4b to mp3 I'll probably get thousands of hits, but most of them are "free trails" that only allow you to record the first 30 seconds etc. and I would prefer to download something that's been recommended by someone.
