Practice beforehand, think of possible questions, and set out your answers in your head beforehand so you'll be able to answer confidently without stuttering or messing yourself up.

Also, if you get asked a question that catches you off guard, better to sit and think of an answer then blurt one out off the top of your head

But in short, confidence is key, as is knowing the company your applying for.

they'll probably ask you about you positive/negative sides.

On the negative side question, don't do like Michael Scott and say stuff like "I work too hard", "I care too much about others, and forget to care about myself", etc. Be honest, that's what they're looking for.
