Ok we just got back from the doctor putting it in and she is in lots of pain (cramps) which is normal. So far she is fine and isnt going nuts like some of you suggested that she might. While she was on the pill she was perfectly fine so I hope this is the same. The doctor said this is the same hormone that is in the pill just a lower dosage (1/7 of a regular pill) because it gets directly to the uterus.
I well update in a few days to let ya all know if she is going crazy lol.
