My CPU runs at about 95F when idol then when i use the internet or somethin it goes up to 114F. Then after i shut down bf2(right after) the temp is about 120F. which is weird because my system temp runs at 53F.

I'm not terribly technical, but I'm sure you would get better responses if you included some more information about the type of processor you are running and the type of cooling you currently have set up in your system so that people who do know a lot about computer cooling can actually help you assess what the problem might be.

sry im running an overclocked AMD XP 2700+ (overclocked from 2175mhz to 2200mhz) with a heatsink and large fan(fan runs at about 4963RPM) also i check the thermal paste before typeing this thread

Your idle temps seem fine.  95 degrees F is about 35 degrees Celsius, which is about what mine runs on idle (Athlon XP 2800).  Your load temps seem a little warm but not too bad.  The only thing that concerns me is the big difference in temperature between idle and full load.  I used to get temps up to 50 degrees C (122 degress F) and higher under load until I replaced my stock cooler with a thermaltake cooler.  Now I usually max out around 40 degrees (104 F).  I'm no expert at all when it comes to hardware but your temps don't seem too hot unless you're experiencing crashes.  Obviously, you'll increase the lifespan of your cpu and achieve a more stable overclock by getting a better heatsink/fan to run it cooler.

Also make sure that you regularly clean your heasink/fan, built up dust can really overheat your system, and that you have good airflow thoughout you case.

Honestly those temps are fine, if a little on the warm side. As long as your under load doesnt exceed about 55 degrees celcius (about 131 F) you should be ok. You mentioned you had overclocked, but you may have increased the voltage too far for such a minor overclock, and that could cause your cpu to run a bit hot. If you could post your cpu voltages, as well as what the default cpu voltage would be that might help some in determining your problem (or lack thereof).

Also, your system should not be running at 53 degrees F unless A: you live in a refrigerator, B: your temperature sensor is broken or C: you put F instead of C.

Keep in mind that the older athlons tend to run hot.  I hit 77c from time to time, but it doesnt seem to have a big effect.

I have an open air system with 3 fans (all running at about 2410 RPM); Everything is in Farinhiet. Well i hav to see if maybe dust is the problem.

mine idles at 40c (104F) you got nothing to worry about til you hit 60c+ (140F) even then you got a fair way to go b4 its cuts out. Shut off temp for an Athlon is about 75c (167F).
