It was a prototype bullet. .50 caliber. The nose piece on the bullet was on a pivot, and I think the rear had flip-out stabilizers, and it was controlled with GPS.

Come to think of it, it might have been on a sniper show and not Future Weapons. But, it exists either way.

Also, whats with the soldier's camo gear...it doesn't blend in with the forest, and his rifle sticks out like a sore thumb. Aren't snipers mean't to be stealthy?
