Will this cooler fit on card?

[Cooler = Arctic Cooling Accelero S1 Passive VGA Cooler]
[Card = Palit HD3870 512mb GDDR3]

And how will it perform? (The Cooler)

I'm going to buy the card and was thinking that I should just buy the cooler also...

I'll run it in Crossfire with a 3870X2, will the cooler get in the way?

I think it will take up 3 slots - one for the card, one for the cooler and one for the fans. This could be a problem, depending on the layout of your motherboard.
