Why not have a slow motion replay showing how you took that lethal hit? Showing the guy who shot it, and you falling to the ground? Ok, well, maybe not from the guy who shot it, but showing your death in slow motion anyway.

(That fatal jet crash, tank explosion, whatever.)

thats what i like about cod 2, it replays the last 13 seconds from the killers point of view, very good feature.

Except if you get revived during this replay then it ruins the whole thing... and you would know where the enemy was who just downed you.

yeh i didnt think of that. in cod2 everyone is running round like chickens with heads cut off so the position give away wouldnt be a prob, plus yeh i can just imagine all kinds of bugs comming into the game with videos getting stopped by a revive.

Some games have deathcams that point you directly at the enemy that just shot you. It's cheesy. Just wait for your revival one way the another, and go get a Pepsi.
