Meh. Some ppl don't know how to react when they see snow outside instead of in their TV or in the back of their fridges. For some odd reason for example driving skills are completely forgotten and hey ho off the road we go. Not all areas will see just rain, however. The mountains of northern New England may experience a heavy snowfall that gradually shifts to rain, although the precipitation in some locations near the Canadian border could remain snow all day.
Farther west, snow squalls and snow showers will prevail in most of New York state, Pennsylvania and West Virginia.
Heavy lake-effect snow is likely in far northwest Pennsylvania, and up to 16 inches of fluffiness could bury parts of the western Adirondacks.
To the south, a winter storm watch is posted for the mountains of northeast West Virginia and western Maryland.
High temperatures will range from near freezing in northern Maine to around 50 in eastern Massachusetts.

Those are from last year. Click on the ninja to see the thread where I posted them. I think we got 50cm (19in) that night. We opened our door to go on vacation and the snow was up to my knees.
Winter storm warning in effect for Monday I'll be skiing in a week at the rate the snow's piling up.
Started snowing 2 days ago. Everything looks so nice but remember, first rule of winter when it starts snowing- do NOT eat the yellow snow!
