Download the Firefox Plug in DOWNLOAD HELPER.
After youve installed it, you will be able to download .flv videos from youtube and many other sites, and also the same for mp3s.
And then when you have finished downloading the flv just use a converter to convert it to mp3.
I use it everytime.
