One thing I would advise you to do (learnt this from last trip), was to do a rolling signup system instead of sign everyone up, then go.
The CD Trip went on for 7 months (while it lasted), and by the end of it, a lot of members had either got banned, or gone afk. It just makes your live easier working out who is still around.... 8-).
