Now, I got this game, installed and launched it.
It asks me to put an in game user name, and then after 5 seconds it crashes.
I was quite furious but i said hey, lets try that again and hope for the best.
It crashes again, but not after the user name screen, it crashes after 2 seconds from the black screen.
I'm downloading the Patch now. I just hope it works.

Join the club. There is a troubleshooting post on callofduty.com and I have had about every problem on the list. I can only manage to fix the majority of them temporarily and they come and go at random. I just started getting the verification one out of nowhere and they claim it's because I have an athlon x2 processor.

Well, even xbox 360 games crash on me.
GTA 4 crashes, BiA:HH crashes every time and also L4D.
I think games hate me.

It works, well the multiplayer.
I had to start it with the rightclick>properties>640x240ish resolution option to make it work.
