I woke up this morning finding all my PCs in the network not having Internet connection. The router's lights looked normal but after I reset it, the lights blink and in the manual it says one orange light should not be lit anymore after reseting but its still lit. I have now connected my PC straight to modem and it works. Also could not access the router via ip and when I tried setting it through the CD I got with it I get this error:

Is the router broken?

i mean u already tried everything you could do in my eyes...

restet
contacting via ip or reconfigering with the cd

Yes I forgot to say, I did contact my ISP and they said everything is working fine on their end. Also tried unplugging the power cord from both modem and router before finally reseting the router.

try flashing the router firmware if possible, otherwise it could be that your router has died...

Well, try resetting it again (can't do any harm), but if that doesn't work then you'll have to do what steelie said, reflash firmware or buy a new one

Jay I used it a lot,ofc, everyday.
Steelie if I flash it I void warranty. I rather send it back and have another year of warranty.
Josh I tried reseting it couple of times, holding the reset button for different time periods.

Basically I'd like to know if its broken or not so I can send it back. Actually I'll send it back in any case.

It's the company taking a heavy handed approach to custom/modded firmware. That's typically a time waster for customer support.
