Can't beleive there were enough people to actually enforce it for it to be somewhat in force in the way it was in the USA, if you get me. I always think that about stupid laws etc.. it sometimes just boggles the mind that there are enough people out there (politicians/police/lawmakers etc..) that would actually enforce such shit
