Having Issues With New Rig

So anyways I've got my new rig since yesterday but i'm having an issue with it,

I haven't build it myself, store did

the story:

first boot: no problems,

ran for like an hour and then suddenly it shut down within 1 second and reboots, getting the "windows was shut down incorrectly" etc...

it then logs in as if nothing happens.... no error codes nada...
I've read somewhere that sometimes pc do this to save files etc and to shut it down you have to uncheck "restart when error occurs" or something, that one was never checked in so....

first I thought the External HDD was bitching the pc, but it does the jambo jimbo restart dance also without it....

is it Windows Vista, fucked up install? if so how do I install without having to log in? I don't get a "boot from CD" message at the start..

and this morning it ran fine for like an hour (games, firefox, email) now whenever I open even 1 tiny program it fucks up..

any ideas

Intel i7 920 @ 2,66ghz
Harddisk with Vista installed on it: WD VelociRaptor 150GB
Harddisk 2: WD RE3 250GB
Gigabyte X58 UD5 mobo
6GB Corsair 3x2GB 10666 DDR3
GTX 260 standard model
600W psu

and one external: WD 1TB My Book Essential...which worked fine on the other rig...

Did you check in bios that the boot priority has cd-drive before hard-drive? It's probably wrong if you don't get the "boot from CD" message.

tried the installing via "boot from cd"

didn't work, as soon as it suppose to install something the system shuts down within 1 second and restarts itself,

I tried to install vista also on the 2nd HDD (WD RE3) same story.

memory checks : "0 errors"
HD checks: "0 erros"

going to try some new stuff, otherwise the bastard is going back to the store on Tuesday and I won't leave the store untill they fix it.

I can't doo anything in Windows because halfway it'll shut down.

PSU?, can't see why this rig would eat more then 600W.

Define "600W PSU"

PSU = Zalman ZM600-HP Voeding 600Watt Ultra Quiet

same PSU that is in my older rig (Q6600, 8800GTX, 4GB RAM, 2x HDD .. no problems with that one for over a year now)

@Liq, I am smartypants, but before I do that I might check all the possible fixes no? maybe It's just a simple fix, if not I will take it to them on Tuesday, I already send them an email.

edit, I give up on my part, I have done 500000000000000000 steps, nothing worked.

from installing vista on different drives
terminating anti virus
full system scanes
memory scans
HD scans...

fuck this

I did however notice that with one termination the screen went blue with the white letters, I couldn't read it because it went so freaking fast.

also when it try to boot via "safety mode" it doesn't boot at all, shuts down when the file list appears....

anyway, called them yesterday, going to bring it in on Tuesday and we'll see what they have to say,

got 2 year warranty on it anyway,

just fucked up, having to use my laptop only rig standing here which should eat games alive but can't do anything.

check gfx card and cpu temps, run memtest, make sure those ram are running at the voltage the sticker says (not the default JEDEC voltage for DDR3!).
