I don't know if you remember, but I made a topic a month or two back about being able to do a semester abroad at another university. They've since updated the list of university's that I can visit. So yeah, thoughts on any of these?

CANADA    - University of Windsor
CANADA    - York University
TURKEY - Middle East Technical University
SWEDEN    - Uppsala University
U.S.A    - Bowling Green, Ohio

I know all of the Canadian Universities pretty well and Guelph is definitely the best out of the 3. It has good academics and (more importantly) some of the best parties in Canada. If you have specific questions about any of them PM me and I can tell you or I can find out since I have friends at each one of those unis

Out of that list, never been to Aus, Turkey or Sweden. Thing is though, I don't particularly have much desire to go to Aus, Turkey is a possibility, and Sweden I have plenty of friends living there that I could go visit at any time. I do feel living somewhere is different to visiting for a few weeks though.
