i think if somebody is critically wounded (reviveable) you should be able to kill them, either by shooting, knifing, or running them over.  because think about it, if they are killed, the medic cant revive them, and that would really cut down on those annoying revive bastards.

You can kill someone who is lying on the ground critically wounded, it just takes a lot of damage to do so. Try killing someone with the mec chopper gun, then shoot them again when they are lying on the ground, you still get hit indicators until they can no longer be revived.

I don't know if it is already implemented like some people had said, but it is definently a good idea. I don't like leaving dead bodies lying around behind me if I'm trying to be sneaky, never know if there a medic hiding around the corner waiting to revive this guy then double team me.

As voodoo pointed out, its possible with pretty much any explosive weapon. Interestingly, it takes more damage to kill someone who is already wounded than it does to critically wound a perfectly healthy person.

you only have to set up explosives or grenades next to the wounded and then they get killed!

If you're so worried about medics coming, just camp out the body and kill the medic when they come. I'd say that's time and ammo better spent!
